Mission
RUPP's CEC endeavors to create stimulating and supportive learning environments and opportunities to ensure learners successes. To achieve this mission, CEC plans, designs, and delivers programs for working and non-working adults through needs assessment studies and through partnership discussions with community groups, government agencies, non-government organizations and private sectors.
