HRD Course

CJCC's Human Resource Development (HRD) Course empowers managers, entrepreneurs, government officers, employees of Small and Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs), NGOs and others by offering practical training courses, seminars and lectures on market economy, public and business management and related issues. Participants learn to develop and maintain a competitive business which can successfully compete in the global market. A focus on practical and effective management techniques is maintained throughout the course. Entrepreneurship Course

The Entrepreneurship Course aims to inspire and equip those aiming to start a new business with a highly focused entrepreneurial curriculum providing the knowledge, know-how and skills necessary to formulate a viable business idea and business plan, leading to a competitive and successful business.

Corporate Management Course

This course provides practical knowledge regarding the basic functions of modern corporate management, as well as specific case studies on the management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It aims to enhance the competitiveness of Cambodian companies, helping them transfer from family ownership and management systems to a systematic management program.

Management Diagnosis and Technical Instruction Service

The Management Diagnosis and Technical Instruction Service provides business owners and directors with practical management and technical advice geared to improve business competitiveness. While Management Diagnosis aims at overall business management diagnosis, Technical Instruction focuses on the production/ manufacturing process.

Business Management Research and Publication

The research and publication arm of the HRD course provides necessary information regarding specific sector problems and opportunities; new insights; real time information; and best practices for Cambodian SME and company owners to adapt, with the help of experienced Japanese consultants. The results and findings of this research will be disseminated to Cambodian business enterprises and related orgnizations to accelerate the progress and development of Cambodian SMEs.
