Public Relations Unit
CJCC hosts a Public Relations (PR) Unit, which aims to build public knowledge and understanding between Cambodia and Japan. The PR unit is responsible for producing and disseminating information and promotional material for CJCC. This includes the CJCC website (available in Khmer, Japanese and English versions), pamphlets and leaflets explaining CJCC’s aims and activities, promotional videos, and CJCC publications and exhibitions. The PR unit also builds and maintains professional relationships with Cambodian and Japanese media, to which it submits press releases and information about the CJCC, including television and radio programs. The PR unit also co-ordinates and arranges Japanese-Cambodian study tours.
IT Section
The IT Section at CJCC is responsible for building and maintaining CJCC’s computer systems, including share-server and internet networks. The CJCC IT Section also plans and runs IT training courses.

CJCC’s library is stocked with books and documents in Japanese, Khmer and English. These cover topics including economics, business and Japanese society, culture and language. The CJCC library stocks current and archival issues of magazines, newspapers, and audio systems. Currently, the CJCC library holds more than 4000 books and more than 40 periodicals. In the near future the library aims to build its collections to approximately 5000 – 6000 books. The library also provides information about studying in Japanese universities.
Anyone can gain membership of the CJCC library. Prospective members need to complete an application form, submit a recent 4 x 6 photograph and pay a membership fee to the librarian. The price list is set in the Rules and Regulations of CJCC.
