|
Graduate Program of IT Engineering at Royal University of Phnom Penh has the
great pleasure to announce that we are honored to have a special lecture
from
Professor Dr. Hiroshi TSUJI, an expert in information systems from
Osaka Prefecture University. We are using this opportunity to inform you
that you are welcome to join this special lecture. Professor Hiroshi TSUJI
will be sharing with you his expertise and years of experiences from both
world-class industries and academia.
Abstract
To promote collaboration in software development between Japan and Asian
countries, this talk reviews the history of offshore information systems
development and identifies the current position. Because there are still
problems in cross-cultural communication, project management motivation,
specification detail, some development may lose benefit while others have
|
fruitful returns. Then to reduce risk and receive the stable benefits, this
talk
presents some ideas on knowledge management. Further, this talk will also describe the future perspectives on globalization of information systems development.
