Computer Station for Internet Access, Word Processing and Printing
In order to support the needs of the library users in this information age, twenty computer stations with high speed Internet connection and unlimited downloadable capacity are made available to users with small fees. This makes it possible for users to search for online resources and to check emails. In addition, the system also allows for word processing and printing documents.

Photocopying Service
The Library also provides a photocopying service for all library users under the copyright law of the country. In order to have a photocopy made, users need to make payment at the circulation counter first. Then, bring the receipt to the photocopy counter with the item to be copied. The service is provided on a basis of first-come, first-served.

Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)
It is known as Chuon Nat OPAC is a web-based library catalogue that allows users to search the library collections by using either the Intranet based terminal located by the circulation desk in the library or Internet. Click here if you wish to try it out. This is a first recommended tool to start with when finding items in the library. In addition to accessing the library holdings, the system also allows user to modify and update his/her library user profile.

Circulation Service
With ALEPH 500 Library Management System, a generous donation from Ex-Libris Company in 1999, allows the library to smoothly provide its service to users. All users are allowed to borrow up to two items of the library loan collection at a time for two weeks. You must have your library card with you in order to check out any items from the library. Fine policy will be applied to any late return items.

Library Orientation Program
Library Orientation Program is a one-credit course offered by the library to the foundation year students of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. The course aims at helping the students to familiarize themselves with the library setting as well as the library resource collections. Students will learn from how to appropriately use the library services to how to wisely and appropriately use the library resource collections and the Internet resources of information to do their assignment at academic level. More importantly, students will learn how to improve their critical and analytical skills.

Library/Librarianship Training
Each year, the library provides several customized training courses upon the request to either small or large groups of current librarians or librarians in the making in Cambodia. The course is specifically designed to best meet their level of understanding and needs and to best suit the Cambodian library context. This training program is developed and trained by professional librarians of the Hun Sen Library with an overseas qualification.
