Library membership

Membership of the Hun Sen Library is not restricted to students and faculty members of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Students from other universities and high schools as well as staff of government institutions and NGOs, the general public and expatriates are encouraged to join. As a member, you may be entitled to use the library facilities and resources, and borrow two items at a time for two weeks from the library. To sign up for the library membership, users are required to complete the membership form and return it to the library with two passport photos and pay an annual membership fee. The annual membership fees for the academic year of 2010 – 2011 are as follow:

1. US$ 20 is required for deposit to member not in RUPP. The deposit will be returned in September of every academic year.
2. A return late item incurs 500 riel fine per day
