Vision

The leading intellectual, educational, and cultural center in Cambodia, equipped with superior resource collections that is a supportive, sustaining, and compelling force in enhancing the Royal University of Phnom Penh to accomplish its educational missions.

Mission

Our mission is to enhance the university to accomplish its educational missions through:

1. To build, organize, and maintain superior collections of informational and scholarly resources in tangible and digital formats to meet the needs of the university community;
2. To provide an orientation program to the foundation year students to ensure the effective use of the library resources and services in academic programs of the university and to enable the pursuit of lifelong learning;
3. To provide customized training as well as degree program in Library and Information Science to best meet the needs of the library community in Cambodia;
4. To continuously maintain and build strong relationships with all stakeholders of the library and university.
