His field of interest is computational architecture, computational geometry and image processing with main application in cultural heritage. After graduating his diploma degree in architecture and urban planning from the Faculty of Architecture, of the Royal University of Fine Arts in Phnom Penh, 2000, he specified his research field on computer 3D modeling, reconstruction and simulation for the support of Khmer historic architecture and monuments.
In 2009 he received his Ph.D. degree in science for completion a research entitled “Computer Modeling, Simulation and Visualization of Angkor Wat Style Temples in Cambodia”. Until 2012 Dr. Pheakdey Nguonphan has been active in postdoctoral research projects of IWR relating to computational scientific and cultural heritage putting the main focus to collaborate with the Global Heritage Fund (GHF) to support of preservation and restoration of Banteay Chhmar temple complex in Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia. He conducted and contributed in several research projects involving research fields including, 3D laser scanning and virtual 3D reassembly of Khmer temple stone blocks, 3D scanning and preservation of ancient Khmer inscriptions, virtual 3D modeling and simulation in architecture, computational methods in Khmer arts. These projects involving several national and international partners; Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts, Royal University of Fine Arts, National Museum of Cambodia, Preah Norodom Sihanouk Angkor Museum, The university of Heidelberg, École Française d’Extrem Orient (EFEO), Educational Broadcast System (EBS) South Korea, etc.

After earning his PhD degree in 2005 in Biotechnology from Ehime University, Japan, he then moved to the United Kingdom and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews in Biochemistry and Structural Biology and the University of Nottingham in Molecular and Cell Biology, until 2009. His research interest is in bioconversion and fermentation by microorganisms and their wild-type and genetically engineered enzymes. In addition, he is interested in structure-function relation of the proteins. He is delighted to invite and welcome collaborative works of researchers around the globe.
NGORN Moi received bachelor degree of science in Physics and Computer Science at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Cambodia since 2003.
He took the exam to study in pedagogy to become an IT-Math lecturer at National Institute of Education. He was appointed to be a lecturer at RUPP in October 2004 and promoted as the position of Deputy Director of IT center at RUPP since 2011 until now. As Deputy Director of IT Center, he is responsible for mange IT issue/fault, operating network for the university. In the year 2006, he received Master of Information Technology at RUPP in the first generation. He has been joined the seminar of IT instructional at YONSEI University of South Korea was sponsored by KOICA. He subsequently got oversea experience for 3 months in Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey that supported by Erasmus Mundus Mobility with Asia (EMMA). In the year 2011, he got the scholarship of EMMA for master degree of Embedded Systems at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu of Romania for 2 years.

Graduated with Master of Computer Science (2006), Bachelor of Mathematics (1998) at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), and one-year completion of Pedagogical development (1999) at National Institute of Education (NIE), Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
He has been selected as an official staff and working as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at RUPP since 1999.
2013-Present, he is a head of Information Technology Engineering Department. He works under the direction of the Dean to control, monitor, lead and manage the department. He also makes a significant contribution to the operation and strategic development, management and direction of the Faculty and University by working in partnership with other related departments and external agencies. He likes sports, reading, working and sharing with every kind of people.

Received a Ph.D degree in Material Chemistry from University of Paris 13, France in 2011, after a M.Sc. in Supra-Macromolecular Organic Chemistry from Louis Pasteur University, Strasbourg, France in 2005; and B.Sc. in Chemistry from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2003. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Laboratory of Process and Materials Sciences (LSPM-CNRS), France in 2012.
He has 4 years research experience at Laboratory of Process and Materials Sciences (LSPM-CNRS), France, in nanostructured materials Elaboration and Functionalization, Characterizations, Adsorption process, and Materials applications for Air and Water depollution and Catalysis process. The research has led to 9 papers published in peer review journal.

Ing. KHOY Saovorak, Royal University of Phnom Penh lecturer and researcher, who got master degree from Group T-International University College Leuven, Belgium in the field of e-Media. e-Media is a field study on how to develop an interaction application in which user can interact more with application. Beside the academic achievement, He has been worked in the private sector for more than 5 years in the field of software development such as database development, client-server/web application development and etc. Moreover, his research interest mainly is focusing on modeling and simulation, data optimization and software engineering.
is a lecturer and researcher. He receive his Master in e-Media at GroupT (Leuven,Belgium), 2010; Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering (RUPP), 2007. His research interests are Artificial Intelligent, Data Mining and Web technologies.
Graduated a Bachelor of Computer Sciences (RUPP, Cambodia) in 2007, and Master in E-Media (GroupT – International University, Leuven, Belgium) in 2010. She is currently a lecturer and researcher. Her research interests are 3D Modeling, Computer Graphics, Image Processing, and User Interface Design.
received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia in 2009. In 2009, he got scholarship to study informatics at University of Heidelberg in Germany for one-year exchange program. In 2010, he went to Waseda University at Tokyo city by support of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) of Japanese Government. At Waseda University, he majored in Cognitive Radio Network at Graduate School of Global Information and Telecommunication Studies and successfully graduated with a M.Sc in 2012. His research interests are Cognitive Radio Network, Wireless Local Area Network, Computer Graphics, 3D Modeling, and simulation.
Mr. Puthnith Var received his bachelor degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) from Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 2009. In 2010, he got a scholarship supported by ILWOO Foundation to pursue his master degree in Republic of Korea. In early 2013, he successfully graduated from Inha University, Republic of Korea, and he received his master of engineering (M.E.) in Information and Communication Engineering for completion a research entitled "Improved Power Allocation to Enhance the Capacity in OFDMA". Till now, Mr. Puthnith Var has accomplished 5 publications including three international conference papers, a domestic conference paper, and a domestic journal paper. In 2012, he received an Excellent Paper award from his conference paper entitled "A Novel Precoding Algorithm for MU-MIMO Based Downlink Systems" at the First Asian Conference on Information System (ACIS) 2012, Siem Reap, Cambodia. Lately in 2013, he had done a research entitled "Digitally Generated Khmer Ornament for Khmer Architecture" published in Phuket, Thailand, 2013.
Currently, Mr. Puthnith Var holds a position as a University Lecturer and Researcher of the Department of Information Technology Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering at RUPP, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
His research fields of interest are OFDM/OFDMA, MIMO/MU-MIMO, Precoding/Decoding, Image Processing, Computer Graphics, Computational Architecture, Mathematical Modeling Simulation and Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Development.

Received a M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand 2013, after a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2007. She graduated her B.Sc. by a thesis research on “Determination the Persistence of Methyl Parathion in Kale and Kuang Futsio” published in Asian Journal of Water, Environment and Pollution. In 2009, she obtained a scholarship award from ASEAN UNINET for M.Sc. in Biochemistry at Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. She joined the research group of Plant biochemistry and molecular biology. A small part of this research work was published in a proceeding of the 8th International Symposium of the Protein Society of Thailand.
Received a M.Sc. degree in Microbiology from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand 2012, after a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Royal University of Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2007. She graduated her B.Sc. by a thesis research on “Determination of Metals (Cr, Cu, Zn) in Water Spinach, Water Mimosa and Irrigation Water at Beoung Chheung Ek Lake by using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.” This was published in the Innovative Technologies for Soil Remediation Symposium at the Croucher Advanced Study Institute in Hong Kong in 2008.
In 2009, she obtained a scholarship award from ASEAN UNINET for M.Sc. in Microbiology at Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. She graduated her M.Sc. by a thesis research on “Characterization of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium and serovar 4,5,12:i:- found in Thailand by using standard methods including PCR, PFGE, Antibiotic Resistant test (AbR) and bacterial culture.” published in Journal of Foodborne Pathogens and Disease,2014.
In 2011, she was accepted as a Fall 2011 Internship program of UNU & GIST Joint Programme on Science and Technology for Sustainability, International Environmental Research Center (IERC) at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, South Korea, for 6months research study on “Efficiency of Granular Iron-Oxide Amended to Ceramic Filters for the Removal of Microbial Contaminants in Drinking Water”.
Till now, Mrs. Laingshun Huoy has accomplished 6 International publications. In 2012, she received an Excellent Poster 3rd award from MUSC GradExpo 2012 on "MOLECULAR AND PHENOTYPIC CHARACTERIZATION OF SALMONELLA ENTERICA SEROTYPES TYPHIMURIUM AND 4,5,12:i:- IN THAILAND" at Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand.

As Counterpart of the Center of the International Cooperation for Computerization (CICC), DES is the Chief of IT Committee of EIC and teaching a computer graphics, UID and Applied Internet Programming (AIP) to Master and Bachelor at Royal University of Phnom Penh.
