Mission

The three-fold mission of the Faculty of Education is to:

offer ample teaching and learning opportunities in order to prepare its students to become education professionals, schoolteachers, educational leaders, education researchers, and educational practitioners in various educational institutions;
engage in scientific research to seek for practical and evidence-based solutions to educational problems in the country and region; and
provide educational consultation, in cooperation with national and sub-national institutions, development partners, non-governmental organizations, and scholars who work in the field of education, to improve and develop the education systems in the country and region.
