Vision
Drawing on its experience in the past, and further consolidating achievements made, in particular in relation to its B.Sc. programmes, it is DES Visionto have established DES within the overall RUPP structure equipped with the competence and capacity to improve on quality in what it does, whether in education, training, research, outreach or consultancy services.
