Students at both degree and short course level are assessed on class attendance, participation, assignments, mid-term and final examinations. Students who fail a level or grade are not promoted to the next level, but may be able to retake the course the following year.




Resources
Students the Department of Korean Studies have access to computers, the internet, TV, video, VCD players, books, dictionaries, magazines and listening kits to support their language study. All these resources are available at the Korean Language Course office. From 2007, these resources will be housed within a new Korean Library and Language Lab, supported by the Korean Association in Cambodia.

Scholarships
Students studying Korean can apply for the following scholarships, which support study opportunities in Cambodia and overseas:

    • Korean International Cooperation Scholarship;
    • Korean Business Association Scholarship;
    • Korean Garment Association Scholarship;
    • Korean Association in Cambodia Scholarship.

     

    Fees
    The Bachelor of Arts (Korean Studies) only admits students on government scholarships.

    Fees for the short course in Korean Language are $35 per year. This fee covers students’ textbooks and other materials used in class.
