Mission & Vision

The Master of Education Program will be the leading institute in Cambodia committed to the development of new knowledge and skills for current and future educators and educational leaders through high quality academic training, research and service, and to contribute to an excellent and more equitable educational system in the country and in the broader region.

The three-fold mission of the Master of Education Program is to (1) provide high-quality academic instruction to prepare professionals for leadership in a wide variety of educational careers from the central to the local levels; (2) conduct scholarly research and train scholars who can conduct academic research that address critical national and regional educational issues; and (3) provide valuable service to the field through collaboration with other educational agencies, institutions, and scholars to contribute to the improvement of the education system in Cambodia and the region.
