PHP+Zend Framework Siminar

Mr. Youvathana Sok, a senior Software Engineer at Nokia USA, would like to share his knowledge and experiences through a talk and presentation on 14th November 2009 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM at IT Center, where he will be talking about how to employ PHP+Zend Framework to build a scalable Web Enterprise applications in Cloud Computing . The 3-hour session will cover some basic functionalities of M.V.C Zend Framework, and will be followed by extensive demonstration of how to scale the applications with Caching (Memcache & APC). Finally, the session will end up with a brief talk about the Design Pattern, RESTful Web service and Virtualization (VMWare).
Biography
Mr. Youvathana Sok is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Nokia Inc in Boston area. He is specialized in building high quality enterprise software applications using Open Source technology. Over 9 years of working experience in both small and large companies such as VeriSign, Adteractive, TraderOnline. He holds M.S in Computer Science from Masharishi University of Management, IOWA United State 2007 and B.S in Computer Science from Royal University Of Phnom Penh, Cambodia 2002. He was also a scholar sponsored by InWent in Germany 2002 for an exchanged program in e-Business, e-Learning and Internet Security. His specialized areas are L.A.M.PHP, OOP & Design Pattern, Java, Web Service, etc.
