As a part of the cooperation between Royal University of Phnom Penh and Osaka Prefecture University, Dr. Kiyoto Hashimoto visited RUPP for three days from 19th to 21st February 2014. During his visit, Dr. Kiyota Hashimoto shared his expereiences with RUPP's professors and staff about Managing Institution using ICT, Digital Education, Higher Education Quality Management, Student Service, Faculty Development and Conference Organization
