The tracer study on the employability of graduates of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) was conducted in 2007 in order to collect information and feedback from graduates of class 2005. We left the two-year gap to allow some graduates to complete their one-year pedagogy training and receive position appointments.

+ Purpose The purpose of this study is to collect information and comments from scholarship undergraduate students who graduated from RUPP in 2005 on the ability to obtain employment and use this information in educational quality strengthening and improvement in all departments of RUPP.

+ Objectives In order to achieve the purpose above, the survey studies on:
    • work experience during RUPP attendance
    • current employment
    • job search strategies
    • perspectives on the connection between study experiences at RUPP and the job market
    • further education
