UTAR Scholarship for CLMV Countries 2017-2018

As a university of the people and for the people, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) is committed to providing affordable quality education and contributing to the educational development of students for a brighter future. UTAR is awarding scholarships to deserving students from CLMV countries to pursue full-time foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate programmes. The scholarship covers tuition fees and living allowance for the tenure of scholarship in Malaysia.

Note:There is no specific deadline as the application for programme admission to research programme is open throughout the year

  • Accounting, Business and Economics

  • Actuarial Science, Mathematics and

  • Process Management

  • Agriculture and Food Science

  • Arts, Social Sciences and Education

  • Creative Industries and Design

  • Engineering and Built Environment

  • Information and Communication

  • Technology

  • Life and Physical Sciences

  • Medicine and Health Sciences

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Citizen of Cambodia

  • Obtained admission to Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR)

  • Not being bonded/receiving any forms of financial assistance from any organisation, except with prior agreement of UTAR

  • For Master programme: Applicants must have graduated with a good bachelors degree with CGPA of 3.5000 and above or equivalent qualification

  • For PhD programme: Applicants must have obtained a Masters degree and a good bachelors degree with CGPA of 3.5000 and above or equivalent qualification
