The Graduate School of Science (GSS) at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), under the Second Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP-2), actively participates in the Workshop on “Programme-Level OBE Design Using the FutureFit Educational Framework,” held from 17–19 June 2026 at Royal Angkor Resort, Siem Reap.

A dedicated team from GSS serves as key facilitators and trainers in this capacity-building workshop, supporting academic staff in strengthening Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation across programmes. The workshop focuses on developing programme-level OBE portfolios, including graduate profiles, Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs), Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs), curriculum mapping, and assessment design aligned with the FutureFit Educational Framework. 

Through hands-on training, group work, and digital collaboration using Microsoft Teams Classwork, participants from new 12 programes of the Royal University of Phom Penh are to be guided to align curricula with stakeholder needs, national priorities, and international standards.

The active involvement of GSS faculty as facilitators reflects the School’s commitment to advancing curriculum modernization, enhancing teaching quality, and strengthening institutional capacity in higher education reform under HEIP-2.
