ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកសាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង កៀន តាក់ តំណាងឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ជេត ជាលី សាកលវិទ្យាធិការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលគោលនយោបាយ (Policy Board Meeting) ជាមួយដៃគូគម្រោងSTARTCambodia និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានផ្ដោតលើការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីគម្រោង និងការពិភាក្សាលើតួនាទី និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលគោលនយោបាយ ព្រមទាំងមានការពិភាក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើភារកិច្ចជាក់ស្តែង និងផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ និងផែនការសកម្មភាពសរុបចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ២០២៧ ដល់ ២០៣០។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះបានផ្តល់នូវវេទិកាដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់ការសហការ ការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងការធ្វើសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្ត និងចីរភាពនៃគម្រោង។ ការពង្រីកឱកាសចូលរៀននៅឧត្តមសិក្សាប្រកបដោយសមធម៌ ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់សិស្សមកពីគ្រួសារក្រីក្រ និងក្រុមងាយរងគ្រោះ តាមរយៈការកែលម្អកម្មវិធីសិក្សាឆ្នាំទី១ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការបន្តការសិក្សា និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សារបស់និស្សិត ព្រមទាំងការកសាងយន្តការ និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគាំទ្រប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរពីមធ្យមសិក្សាទៅឧត្តមសិក្សា។
សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ នៅតែបន្តប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដៃគូ និងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅ និងផលវិជ្ជមានរយៈពេលវែងរបស់គម្រោងដោយជោគជ័យ។
On Friday, 6 November 2026, Vice-Rector Kean Tak, representing H.E. Prof. Cheth Chealy, Rector of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), led a delegation to participate in the START Cambodia Policy Board Meeting with project partners and relevant stakeholders.
The meeting focused on a project presentation, discussions on the roles and responsibilities of the Policy Board, and exchanges of views on key tasks, the 2027 Action Plan, and the overall action plan for 2027–2030. It provided a valuable platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic decision-making to ensure effective project implementation and sustainability.
Key discussions highlighted the importance of expanding equitable access to higher education, particularly for students from disadvantaged backgrounds and vulnerable groups; improving first-year curricula to strengthen student retention and academic success; and establishing inclusive support mechanisms and structures to facilitate the transition from secondary to higher education.
The Royal University of Phnom Penh remains firmly committed to strengthening partnerships and actively contributing to the successful achievement of the START Cambodia Project’s objectives and long-term positive impact.
