Call for Application: 2027 Spring Semester Exchange at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences
The Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is pleased to announce the call for applications for the 2027 Spring Semester Exchange Program at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences (WUAS) in the Netherlands. This program will span five months, from February to June 2027. Selected students will undergo an exchange period in the second semester of the third year (Y3S2).

Eligibility:
Applicants shall meet the following criteria:
Be a third-year student majoring in International Business Management, Media and Communication, Social Work, or International Relations at RUPP in the first semester of the academic year 2026–2027
Must achieve an excellent academic record at the home university, with a CGPA of at least 3.00
Must meet the English language proficiency standards, such as at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic), TOEFL iBT 79, TOEFL ITP 550, Cambridge English CPE C2, or CAE C1, or CEFR B2 equivalent
Maintain good physical and mental health, and keep a positive attitude towards learning
Exhibit good behaviour and conduct, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Stay dedicated to the full exchange programme and be prepared to contribute back to the university after finishing
Benefits and Expenses:
The Erasmus+ scholarship for the exchange programme shall cover airfare, accommodation, and associated expenses. Other personal expenses incurred before and during the mobility period will be the responsibility of the students themselves.
Following the cost-sharing initiative, the funding will be equitably allocated among the designated participants for the recruitment process.
Documents Required by IRO:
For further evaluation, students are required to submit the following documents to the International Relations Office (IRO) in person.

| 1) Comprehensive CV/Resume | The curriculum vitae or resume should include the applicant's academic background and/or related accomplishments. Please do NOT submit a work-specific CV to the selection committee. |
| 2) One-page motivation letter | The letter ought to be addressed to the selection committee at the IR Office. Its contents should encompass the reasons supporting the student's selection, the student's expectations concerning participation in the exchange programme, and the prospective benefits for the bilateral relations between both universities. Furthermore, the letter should be concise, not exceeding one page or 500 words. |
| 3) Academic transcript of record | It is highly advisable that the student bring the transcript with the GPA cumulative scores from the first semester of their first year until the scores they receive in the most recent semester. |
| 4) Enrolment certificate | An enrollment certificate verifies the student's current academic status and must be prepared in English. |
| 5) English proficiency proof/report | Since selected students will be required to enrol in courses and attend classes conducted in English, applicants must demonstrate a proficient command of English. Acceptable documentation includes proof or reports of IELTS, TOEFL, or Cambridge examinations. Additionally, a letter from the applicant's host department may be considered acceptable internally. |
| 6) A copy of the passport on the information page | The passport may be considered at the final stage of the application process; however, it significantly influences the outcome of the entire application. It is necessary for the information on the submitted copy of the passport to be visible; therefore, applicants are advised to scan and print it appropriately. |
Application Procedure and Timeline:
To be considered for nomination for the programme, students are required to satisfy the specified criteria and submit the aforementioned document to the International Relations Office (IRO) located at Room 219A, Building A, RUPP Main Campus, by 16:00 hours on Monday, 28 September 2026.
